RMH Systems partnered with and acquired Systems in Motion to create a national, end-to-end material handling and warehouse automation platform spanning manufacturing/packaging through warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment. Systems in Motion’s proprietary KOZ software platform and warehouse automation integration capabilities complement RMH’s manufacturing-focused material handling and packaging expertise, with Scott Lee continuing to lead the business and retain significant equity.
