Ondas entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Rotron Aero, a UK-based developer of advanced unmanned aerial systems and long-range autonomous platforms for extended-reach and autonomous strike missions. Ondas said the acquisition will strengthen its defense and security offering by integrating Rotron’s propulsion and autonomous strike technologies into its Ondas Autonomous Systems architecture, expanding capabilities across sensing, decision-making, strike, counter-UAS, and ground support.

BAE Systems Acquires Malloy Aeronautics
