Robo.ai entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire a 51% equity interest in Chinasky Car Trading FZE (CCT), a Dubai-based automotive import/export trading company in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. The deal is intended to turn CCT’s established trade network into a central global distribution hub for Robo.ai’s intelligent hardware and smart-asset commercialization plans.
