Cheetah Mobile to Acquire 60.8% of UFACTORY to Expand Robotics Commercialization

Cheetah Mobile, through a majority-owned subsidiary, signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 60.8% equity interest in Shenzhen UFACTORY Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately RMB99.5 million. Cheetah already owned 19.2% via another wholly-owned subsidiary, and the combined holding is expected to bring its ultimate beneficial ownership to about 75.8%, with closing expected in Q3 2025.
