Golden Triangle Ventures Acquires Cargo Management Group

Las Vegas-based Golden Triangle Ventures (GTVH) will acquire Cargo Management Group of Miami to expand its trucking, brokerage and last-mile logistics capabilities and support operations for its wholly owned subsidiary Lavish Entertainment. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings a specialized freight provider with gaming-industry contracts and roughly $3 million of 2023 revenue into GTVH's logistics division as an add-on.

Rock-it Cargo / Global Critical Logistics Acquires SOS Global from NEP Group

The acquisition (closed January 31, 2024) expands GCL/Rock-it's domestic capabilities and creates the largest specialty logistics provider serving live touring, sports, broadcast, and film/TV production markets.
