Rose Paving, a Chicago-area pavement services provider backed by Tenex Capital Management, has acquired Northern Virginia and Maryland Paving and Concrete (NVM), a multi-state pavement maintenance company headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. The deal expands Rose Paving’s Mid-Atlantic and Southeast footprint; NVM’s management team will remain in place following the transaction.
