Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. RMS is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operates nine facilities, and will partner with Arcline and its management team to pursue growth in aftermarket turbomachinery services.

The acquisition is Tech24’s seventh add‑on and expands its presence and customer base in the greater Pittsburgh foodservice repair and maintenance market; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands ISS’s on-site preventive and predictive maintenance, testing and diagnostics, and motor/compressor sales and service capabilities across the western United States as an add‑on to ISS’s field service platform.

Cascade Services Acquires East Coast Mechanical (ECM)
