FleetPride Acquires ARS Truck & Fleet Service (New Castle, DE)

Dallas-based private equity firm Trive Capital and Denver-based Bluejay Capital Partners have completed an investment to acquire RPM Freight Systems, an asset-light, technology-driven finished vehicle logistics provider headquartered in Royal Oak, Michigan. Gladstone Capital provided a junior debt facility to support the transaction; the new ownership plans to invest in RPM's technology and service capabilities to accelerate growth across North America and Europe.

FleetPride Acquires RPM Truck Repair

Odyssey Logistics acquired RPM Consolidated Services, Inc., a Fullerton, California–based freight forwarding and warehousing provider, effective January 28, 2020. The acquisition integrates RPM into Odyssey's Multimodal Global Solutions Division to expand Odyssey's domestic offshore freight forwarding and warehousing capabilities across Jones Act markets such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

The deal is an add-on to the Primeritus platform (its 7th add-on) and was completed from Greenridge Investment Partners and CARS management; financial terms were not disclosed.
