RPM International Acquires TMP Convert SAS (TMPC)

RPM International Inc. acquired TMP Convert SAS (TMPC), a France-based manufacturer of outdoor decking and landscaping products, to integrate into its Fibergrate Structures business within the Performance Coatings Group. TMPC, known for the JOUPLAST and OCAPE brands and based in Simandre-sur-Suran, France, has annual net sales of approximately €35 million; terms were not disclosed and Thierry Convert will remain president.

RPM International Acquires Ready Seal Inc.

RPM International Inc. has acquired Ready Seal Inc., a Texas-based manufacturer of premium exterior wood stains, adding the brand to its Rust-Oleum business within RPM’s Consumer Group. The acquisition strengthens Rust-Oleum’s exterior wood care portfolio and will leverage RPM’s sales force and distribution channels to accelerate Ready Seal’s growth; Ready Seal generated approximately $45 million in 2024 sales. Terms were not disclosed.

Tecta America Acquires Tuscano-Maher Roofing

Tecta America Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, has acquired Tuscano-Maher Roofing (TMR), a Saltsburg, Pennsylvania-based commercial roofing and sheetmetal contractor. TMR will operate as "Tuscano-Maher Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC," with existing leadership (Mike Maher, Marty Nalevanko, Joe Slapinski) remaining in their current roles to support continued service to local municipalities, property owners and managers.

KPS Capital Partners Acquires Porcelain Enamel and Glass Coatings Businesses from Prince International (PEMCO International)

KPS Capital Partners agreed to acquire Prince International Corporation’s porcelain enamel, glass coatings, forehearth colorants and frit-based metallurgical products businesses and will form a standalone company called PEMCO International. The businesses operate three manufacturing facilities across Belgium, Italy and the United States, employ approximately 260 people, and the divestiture enables Prince to progress with its planned acquisition of Ferro Corporation.

Tremco CPG Acquires NOW Specialties' Wall System Fabrication Segment

(part of Tremco Construction Products Group) has acquired the wall system fabrication segment of NOW Specialties, LLC, a Carrollton, Texas-based fabricator of Metal Composite Material (MCM) and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels. The purchase expands Tremco's Modulite panel fabrication program and adds tested, code-compliant MCM/ACM capabilities to support growth in offsite and modular construction.

Kreher Steel Co. Acquires Ritchey Metals Company

Chicago-based Kreher Steel Co. has acquired Ritchey Metals Company, a Pittsburgh-area producer of zinc and aluminum alloys and the largest zinc-aluminum steel coatings alloyer in North America. The deal adds more than 120,000 tons of annual alloy output capacity and approximately 110 employees across two facilities, expanding Kreher's manufacturing footprint and product offerings.
