RRD Acquires Williams Lea

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) has completed the acquisition of Williams Lea, a global provider of tech-enabled business services for financial, legal and professional services firms. Williams Lea will join RRD's Digital, Creative and Business Services segment to strengthen RRD's digital marketing, full‑funnel media and business services capabilities; Williams Lea serves clients across ~20 countries and has roughly 7,000 employees worldwide.
