Merit Medical Systems Acquires View Point Medical for About $140 Million

Merit Medical Systems acquired View Point Medical, Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately $140 million to expand its therapeutic oncology portfolio. Under the terms of the deal, Merit will pay $90 million in cash at closing plus two additional $25 million payments due on the first and second anniversaries, and View Point will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Merit.

Advent International to Acquire PatientPoint

Advent International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PatientPoint, the largest digital point-of-care network in the U.S., from an investor group led by L Catterton and Littlejohn. PatientPoint will continue to be led by its existing management team, with Advent supporting product and network expansion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Eli Lilly Acquires POINT Biopharma Global
