Ryan has acquired the property tax consulting business and related assets of Austin-based Popp Hutcheson PLLC, with certain legal professionals and related assets acquired separately by Ryan Law PLLC. Several Popp Hutcheson professionals, including owners Jim Popp and Mark Hutcheson, will join Ryan to strengthen the firm's Property Tax Consulting practice in Texas and beyond.
