Ryan Acquires Tax Advisory Services Group (TASG)

Ryan, the global tax services and software firm headquartered in Dallas, has acquired Tax Advisory Services Group, LLC (TASG), a Houston-based excise tax and motor-fuels compliance provider. The deal expands Ryan's fuels tax and excise-tax compliance capabilities (including vape and tobacco tax reporting) and brings TASG's U.S. tax specialists and Philippines-based operations into Ryan; TASG co-founders Oscar L. Garza and Khristine K. Espinoza will join Ryan as Principals.
