Ryan Specialty has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Point6 Healthcare, a Plano, Texas-based distributor of medical stop-loss insurance, pharmacy solutions, and complex claims management. The acquisition aims to expand Ryan Specialty's benefits capabilities and accelerate Point6's distribution and solution innovation; the transaction is expected to close in July 2023 with terms undisclosed.
