Ryan Specialty Acquires US Assure

Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN) signed a definitive agreement and completed the acquisition of US Assure Insurance Services of Florida, Inc., a Jacksonville-based program specializing in builder's risk insurance. US Assure will join Ryan Specialty’s Underwriting Managers division (RSUM), keeping Zurich as the carrier partner and continuing operations from Jacksonville to expand Ryan Specialty’s builder's risk underwriting capabilities and distribution reach.
