S&P Global purchased the datacenterHawk business unit from Simplify Compliance Holdings, LLC. The transaction triggered repayment of a $31 million senior secured credit facility provided by o15 Capital Partners through its Emerging America Credit Opportunities fund, as part of the Simplify financing relationship backed by Leeds Equity Partners.
