S&P Global has entered a definitive agreement to acquire datacenterHawk, a provider of proprietary intelligence for the global data center, fiber optic, and related infrastructure markets. The deal combines datacenter forecasting from 451 Research (part of S&P Global Energy) with datacenterHawk’s asset-level intelligence and its Fiber Locator platform to help customers assess data center supply, demand, pricing, and site selection amid AI infrastructure growth.
