Simplify Compliance, a Leeds Equity Partners–backed portfolio company, has acquired BasicSafe, a web-based EHS (environmental, health and safety) management software. The deal is an add-on to Simplify Compliance's BLR/EHS Hero safety platform and is intended to expand the company's EHS SaaS capabilities and product offering.
