Safelite Group (Belron) Acquires TruRoad Holdings from CenterOak Partners

Safelite Group, a Belron Group subsidiary, has acquired TruRoad Holdings, the second-largest automotive glass and claims-management company in the U.S., from CenterOak Partners. The deal expands Safelite/Belron’s U.S. footprint and consolidates market share in auto glass replacement, repair and claims-management services; financial terms were not disclosed.
