Safety Controls Technology (a ScaleCo Fund IV portfolio company) acquired Global Safety Group, Inc. on August 3, 2023. The deal brings Global Safety founder Jason Stearman into SCT as Vice President of Safety and Environmental Services and establishes a new SCT office in Biloxi, Mississippi to expand the platform's geographic footprint and EHS capabilities.
