Sage Park, an operations-focused acquisition group, has completed the acquisition of Craftech EDM Corporation, a manufacturer of advanced plastic components headquartered in Anaheim, California. Craftech will continue operating its Anaheim and Tijuana facilities under existing management; financial terms were not disclosed.
