Sagility, a tech-enabled healthcare operations and transformation company, announced it has acquired CareSeed, a U.S.-based healthcare analytics firm specializing in NCQA-certified HEDIS quality reporting and related regulatory analytics. The deal expands Sagility’s healthcare quality and Medicare Advantage Stars capabilities by adding CareSeed’s cloud-native Forecast and Harvest platforms used for HEDIS performance, chart abstraction, and audit readiness.
