Salt Creek Capital made an equity investment in Essex Coatings + Finishing, a New Jersey-based finisher, wholesaler, and distributor of premium custom private-label hardwood flooring. Salt Creek placed two executive partners (CEO and CFO) into Essex's management team while founder Josh Feuer remains president and a substantial equity holder; the capital will be used to accelerate growth, expand distribution and product capabilities.
