Drilling Tools International (DTI) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Saltire Energy Limited and Foxley Energy Limited for approximately $80 million in cash and 17.4 million DTI shares. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 and is intended to expand DTI’s Eastern Hemisphere presence, diversify its revenue mix and create cross-selling opportunities.
