Samsonite Group S.A. Acquires BÉIS (Majority Stake) in ~$210M Deal

Samsonite Group S.A. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire BÉIS, a digitally native lifestyle and travel brand founded by Shay Mitchell and incubated by Beach House Group. Samsonite will acquire 85% of BÉIS equity for $178.5 million, while BÉIS founder Shay Mitchell rolls over approximately half her equity and retains a 15% stake post-close; Beach House Group sells its full 70% majority stake. The deal was expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

The acquisition will integrate BSIS' field and technical services into Vantage's portfolio (alongside Freight Tech) to expand capability and deliver more comprehensive field support and manufacturing services to customers.

Creative Brands Acquires Bella il Fiore

Hannover Finanz Acquires E.I.S. Aircraft Products & Services from EQT Mid Market

Hannover Finanz has agreed to acquire E.I.S. Aircraft Products & Services, a German supplier of lightweight cabin interior products and composites-based solutions, from the EQT Mid Market fund. The transaction, subject to merger authority approvals, represents a portfolio sale by EQT and positions Hannover Finanz to expand its industrial/aerospace investments; financial terms were not disclosed.
