SAP to Acquire TechWolf to Expand AI-Powered Workforce Intelligence

SAP has entered into an agreement to acquire TechWolf, an AI work intelligence company that continuously models employee skills, tasks, and workforce requirements using its proprietary “context graph for work.” The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary approvals and regulatory review, and SAP plans to integrate TechWolf into its SuccessFactors portfolio while keeping the platform available for both SAP and non-SAP customers.

Recur Software Acquires PCRecruiter
