ScanSource, Inc. has acquired Advantix (Advantix Solutions Group), a Texas-based reseller-focused managed connectivity and telecom lifecycle management provider, for an undisclosed sum. The deal supports ScanSource's launch of an Integrated Solutions and Services group to combine connectivity with hardware, software and services and help hardware VARs add recurring revenue and deeper end-user relationships.
