Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) has acquired Ontario-based security services provider Pillar Security, bringing Pillar's staff and management into SSRG and retaining founder Fatsah Bennai in a key role. The deal expands SSRG's presence in Ontario as part of its national consolidation strategy; David Melhado served as exclusive broker to the transaction.
