SCF Partners has made an additional minority investment in Powerstar to support the company's continued growth in smart electrification and energy resilience solutions. As part of the transition, founder and majority shareholder Dr. Alex Mardapittas will step down from the chairmanship and board but will remain involved as a consultant.
