SCIO Automation Group has acquired Bilfinger GreyLogix Aqua GmbH, expanding SCIO's capabilities in automation for wastewater and drinking water treatment plants. The business will be rebranded as VESCON Aqua GmbH and brings specialised automation and programming services delivered from seven locations.
