Second Nature Brands Acquires Sahale Snacks from The J.M. Smucker Co.

Second Nature Brands, a Michigan-based snack platform, has agreed to acquire Sahale Snacks from The J.M. Smucker Co. for $34 million. The deal includes Sahale trademarks and a leased manufacturing facility in the Seattle area and will transition approximately 100 employees to Second Nature Brands; the acquisition is an add-on to Second Nature Brands' premium snack portfolio.
