BeyondTrust announced a definitive agreement to acquire Entitle, a privilege management solution providing just-in-time (JIT) access and modern identity governance and administration (IGA) across cloud estates. The acquisition adds automated provisioning workflows, self-serve access requests, and 150+ cloud/SaaS integrations to BeyondTrust’s Privilege Identity Security platform, expanding capabilities for PAM and CIEM.

Entrust Acquires Onfido

Secure Computing Acquires CipherTrust

Secure Computing Corp. is acquiring e-mail security vendor CipherTrust Inc. in a transaction valued at roughly $274 million (approximately $195 million cash plus 10 million Secure Computing shares). The deal expands Secure Computing’s Internet gateway security appliance portfolio — incorporating CipherTrust’s IronMail appliances and TrustedSource reputation service — and will move CipherTrust CEO Jay Chaudhry into a Secure Computing executive role.
