Selerix Acquires Steele Benefits

Selerix, a McKinney, Texas-based provider of cloud-based benefits administration, has acquired Steele Benefits, an Indianapolis-based benefits engagement, enrollment and administration firm. The deal combines Selerix's BenSelect platform and compliance tools with Steele's high-touch enrollment and engagement services to expand Selerix's service capabilities for employers, brokers and carriers.
