Sentinel Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Controlled Products, a Dalton, Georgia manufacturer and distributor of synthetic turf for landscape, sports and commercial applications. Terms were not disclosed; the transaction represents an exit for previous sponsor Clearview Capital and positions Controlled Products for acquisitive and organic growth under Sentinel's ownership.
