The deal is intended to bring Observe’s AI site reliability engineering capabilities into Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud and deliver an open-standard, scalable observability architecture built on Apache Iceberg and OpenTelemetry.

SentinelOne to Acquire Prompt Security
