Serent Capital Makes Growth Investment in LinkIt!

LinkIt!, a K-12 assessment, analytics and MTSS software provider, has received a growth investment from Serent Capital to accelerate geographic expansion and further invest in product development and platform integrations. Lane Rankin will join LinkIt!'s board as part of the transaction, and Leonis Partners advised LinkIt! on the deal.
