Micross Components to Acquire AEMtec GmbH

Micross Components, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AEMtec GmbH, a Berlin-headquartered provider of complex micro- and optoelectronic modules, advanced packaging, and test/assembly services for high-reliability applications. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, and will expand Micross’ continental European footprint and advanced packaging/photonics capabilities.

The add-on expands Micross' U.S. assembly, packaging and test capabilities and broadens its presence in high-reliability end markets such as medical, aerospace/defense and automotive.

Jabil Acquires Mikros Technologies

Jabil Inc. completed the acquisition of Mikros Technologies LLC on October 1 to add microchannel liquid cooling and thermal-management engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The deal strengthens Micross' power-management and high-reliability component offerings for aerospace, defense, medical and industrial customers and represents an add-on to Micross' platform under Behrman Capital.

Mercury Systems Acquires Atlanta Micro

Mercury Systems acquired Atlanta Micro, a Norcross, Georgia–based designer and manufacturer of high-performance RF modules and MMICs, to expand its RF and microwave component portfolio and deepen penetration in electronic warfare, radar and weapons markets. The all-cash purchase (subject to working capital and net debt adjustments) is expected to add approximately $16 million in trailing revenue and be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS.
