Micross Components to Acquire AEMtec GmbH

Micross Components, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AEMtec GmbH, a Berlin-headquartered provider of complex micro- and optoelectronic modules, advanced packaging, and test/assembly services for high-reliability applications. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, and will expand Micross’ continental European footprint and advanced packaging/photonics capabilities.

Micross — a provider of high-reliability microelectronic component manufacturing, packaging and test services headquartered in Florida — was sold by Insight Equity; financial terms were not disclosed.
