The add-on will expand Prime Global's digital and technology capabilities to better serve pharmaceutical and biotech clients; financial terms were not disclosed.

Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ: PRIM) has completed the acquisition of PLH Group, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at $470 million. The deal expands Primoris' capabilities and geographic footprint in utility-focused markets — particularly power delivery, communications and gas utilities — and is expected to be accretive with cost and revenue synergies.

The Access Group Acquires Servelec from Montagu

FourBridges Capital advised ServLine on the transaction; ServLine founders Mark Slater and Gerry Harstine exited in the sale to the HomeServe subsidiary of UK-listed HomeServe PLC.
