Mission Critical Group (MCG) has acquired DVM Manufacturing, LLC (DVM Power + Control), a manufacturer of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment. The deal expands MCG’s manufacturing footprint (adding ~350,000 sq ft across PA, GA and CT), strengthens field and aftermarket service capabilities, and adds technical expertise to support data center and industrial power solutions.

SV Labs (SFEP-backed) Acquires Sigan Industries Group

SV Labs Corporation, a San Francisco Equity Partners-backed CDMO, has acquired Sigan Industries Group, a Toronto-based contract development and manufacturing organization serving beauty and personal care brands. The deal expands SV Labs' formulation and manufacturing capabilities and adds a Canadian facility to its network; Sigan shareholders retained a meaningful ownership stake in the combined business.

Mitsui & Co. Acquires Dermaceutical Laboratories (D-LAB)

Mitsui & Co., Ltd. has agreed to acquire all shares of Dermaceutical Laboratories, LLC (D-LAB), a Bergen County, New Jersey-based cosmetics ODM and contract manufacturer. Mitsui will position D-LAB as the core beauty & personal care (BPC) business in the Americas, leveraging Japanese technologies and Mitsui's procurement and global network to expand capabilities and scale in the U.S. market.

Sole Source Capital Acquires Westwood Laboratories

Five Points Capital provided unitranche debt and an equity co-invest to support the acquisition; terms were not disclosed.

SFEP said it will support SV Labs' growth and operational scaling; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

FoodChain ID Acquires Diversified Laboratories

FoodChain ID, a Paine Schwartz Partners portfolio company, has acquired Diversified Laboratories, an analytical testing lab based in Chantilly, Virginia. The deal expands FoodChain ID’s contaminants testing capabilities — adding Diversified’s USDA-accredited and ISO 17025-certified pesticide, PCB, antibiotic and mycotoxin testing to its food safety, quality and sustainability platform.
