Sheridan Capital Partners completed an investment in National Care Systems (NCS), a Brooklyn-based provider of revenue cycle management and payroll software serving skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across the United States. The investment will support NCS’s expansion of partnerships with post-acute facilities while founder and CEO David Klein remains in place; financial terms were not disclosed.
