Sherweb, a Montreal-based cloud distributor, has acquired MicroWarehouse, a leading Irish IT distributor, to expand its presence in the Irish cloud market. MicroWarehouse will operate as a local business unit under its existing brand while leveraging Sherweb's global resources to broaden product and managed-service offerings, particularly in cybersecurity, business continuity and AI.
