Shift Paradigm Acquires Principle Studios

Austin-based Shift Paradigm, backed by Growth Catalyst Partners, has acquired design and technology consultancy Principle Studios to deepen its UX/UI, engineering and digital transformation capabilities. Bow River Capital provided second‑lien acquisition financing to support the transaction; Principle Studios’ managing directors Ryan and Adam Brill will remain in leadership roles at Shift.
