Shive-Hattery has acquired Montgomery Roth Architecture & Interior Design, a 14-person Houston-based architecture and interior design firm, which will operate as Montgomery Roth, a Division of Shive-Hattery. The acquisition expands Shive-Hattery's gaming & hospitality and multi-family housing expertise and establishes a third Southwestern design office in Houston, Texas.
