Sicit Group Acquires 51% Stake in Patagonia Biotecnologia

Sicit Group has acquired a majority 51% stake in Patagonia Biotecnologia, a Chilean producer of seaweed-based biostimulants headquartered in Puerto Montt. The deal expands Sicit's biostimulant portfolio into plant-based products and gives the company access to Patagonia Biotecnologia's roughly EUR 5 million 2022 revenue base and export footprint across the Americas.
