A consortium of financial investors led by Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR and TEC Glass (an independent vehicle sponsored by The Equity Club) has acquired Isoclima Group. The transaction represents Stirling Square Capital Partners' exit after a period in which Isoclima doubled revenues and expanded internationally; Isoclima is a global leader in advanced transparent and specialty glass solutions headquartered in Este, Italy.

Cicor Group Acquires Significant Business Activities of Éolane Group

Cicor Group has had its offer accepted by the Paris Commercial Court to acquire significant business activities of the French Éolane Group. The deal, closing April 22, 2025, adds around 890 employees and CHF 125 million of sales, expanding Cicor’s EMS footprint in France and strengthening its position in aerospace & defence, railway and nuclear technology markets.

SK Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Ecopol S.p.A.

Affiliates of SK Capital Partners acquired a majority interest in Ecopol S.p.A., a Italy-headquartered producer of water‑soluble and biodegradable films, while CEO Mauro Carbone and minority investor Tikehau Capital retain significant stakes. The investment will support Ecopol's continued expansion of production capacity — including its new U.S. facility in Griffin, Georgia — and accelerate entry into new markets and applications for sustainable delivery systems.

Sicit Group Acquires 51% Stake in Patagonia Biotecnologia

Sicit Group has acquired a majority 51% stake in Patagonia Biotecnologia, a Chilean producer of seaweed-based biostimulants headquartered in Puerto Montt. The deal expands Sicit's biostimulant portfolio into plant-based products and gives the company access to Patagonia Biotecnologia's roughly EUR 5 million 2022 revenue base and export footprint across the Americas.

AGIC Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Grafotronic AB

Europe, has acquired a majority stake in Scatolificio Cartotecnica Giorgi, an Italian maker of luxury packaging boxes and shopping bags headquartered in Tolentino (Macerata). The add-on acquisition expands Cadica Group's product offering in brand packaging and allows Giorgi to leverage Cadica's distribution platform and global footprint.
