Signia Aerospace Acquires Aerox Aerospace Group

Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, acquired Aerox Aerospace Group, a supplier of aviation oxygen systems for general, business, airline, military, and special-mission applications. The acquisition expands Signia’s engineered aircraft systems portfolio and adds portable and installed oxygen capabilities, including FAA Part 145 MRO support.
