Arcline Investment Management formed Signia Aerospace and announced that Signia has acquired International Mezzo Technologies, a designer and manufacturer of high-performance microtube heat exchangers. The acquisition bolsters Signia’s Thermal Management capability and expands its product and service offerings to aerospace, defense, space and other end markets.
