Signia Aerospace (Arcline) Acquires Meeker Aviation and Airfilm Camera Systems

Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Meeker Aviation and Airfilm Camera Systems. The deal adds Meeker's aircraft external payload mounts and Airfilm's camera systems to Signia's Mission Systems segment, expanding its mission-specific equipment offerings for military, utility, law enforcement and production customers.
