Sikich has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cotton & Company, a public accounting and consulting firm based in Alexandria, Virginia. The acquisition (expected to close March 31, 2022) expands Sikich's presence in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and strengthens its capabilities serving federal, state and local government clients.
